Rule 12
Action will be taken against employees who do not follow orders or instructions
(1) The concerned employee will be accountable to the authority above him for the assigned responsibility and assigned work.
(2) The officer giving such order or instruction may recommend to the authority to take action against the employee who does not follow the order or instruction given by the authority over him and if it is found that he does not follow such order or instruction, departmental action will be taken according to the prevailing law.
